Finally, a bariatric subscription platform that directly addresses both nutrition and movement, providing value at an affordable monthly cost. A platform specifically designed for individuals who have had or will have bariatric surgery and are into athletics. There are a lot of unique considerations for bariatric athletes. We’re here to help you navigate those areas while being a part of a community of other individuals facing similar challenges. Whether you are just now getting started in your athletic endeavors or you have been successfully navigating athletics for years, this community has a place for you. 

The goal of our subscription is to provide a foundation for a healthy and balanced lifestyle after bariatric surgery.

Launching at just $19 / month, our subscription platform will include:

  • A community with a place to connect with other individuals who understand your story and have similar interests

  • Monthly virtual nutrition workshops with Nick which will include a focus topic, Q&A and cooking demo (recorded for those who cannot join live)

  • Monthly training discussion meetings with Becky which will include a focus topic and Q&A. Topics will be announced ahead of time and cover a wide range. (eg, how to get started, how to train safely, strength training for runners, running biomechanics, managing low back pain with running, etc). Topic requests will also be accepted!

  • *Access to nutrition modules from Nick covering various topics in your WLS journey, including sports nutrition and fueling for anything from a weight room session to a 5k to an Ironman

  • *Access to a recorded workout library, which will include beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts. There will be a variety of workouts, including use of bodyweight, dumbbells or kettlebells, resistance bands, barbells, etc. There will also be workouts specifically designed for certain goals such as running.

  • Monthly bonus virtual workout for those with an indoor bike or other cardio equipment via zoom & Zwift (you don’t need to have Zwift to join)

  • A private Facebook page for you to ask specific questions and make connections with one another

  • Access to free generic training programs for 5k, 10k and half marathon at various experience levels written by Becky with the bariatric athlete in mind

  • Access to Nick’s toolbox cooking handbook and guide for time effective meal prep
